DO YOU PROVIDE FREE CONSULTATIONS BEFORE WE DECIDE ON A HOME CARE PROFESSIONAL?
Absolutely. We will do a phone consultation, and then a in-person consultation with the owner, and the caregiver selected. The rate is then calculated and decided based on level of care, and provided to the client for approval, before any financial obligations.
ARE YOUR HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS CERTIFIED PROFESSIONALS?
Yes, we only hire experienced caregivers, that meet our minimum expectations. All our employees must be able to show education, experience, and provide a clear background check, before allowed in to a home.
WHY SHOULDN'T I CHOOSE A FRANCHISE?
As the person in charge of you or your loved one's care, you can choose whoever you see fit. Although, the benefit of choosing a smaller/private company such as us, is that you'll be a part of the entire process. Many bigger companies just send out any caregiver they can find and require minimum hours and contract commitments before you even know if their a good fit. When it comes to a person's quality of care, you should know exactly who is taking care of your loved one.
WHAT'S YOUR HOURLY RATE?
Hourly rate is custom to each individual and their needs. We also take into consideration travel and time. Also, depending on how much hours are needed, we may be charging a daily rate as opposed to an hourly rate.
